If you buy a product from our website you become a customer of Mark Haysom Photography.

Currently, there is only one circumstance in which we would share your data and that is your name and address with the delivery company carrying your goods.

 

Where do we store, process and secure your personal data

 

We do not store any personal information in the course of normal business.. The personal information we collect about you is stored and

processed on the secure web servers of our website provider which is Wix and is only accessed by our staff using a secure login. We do not store payment data. It is stored by  our payment service providers.

The data we do store would result from you making direct communication with ourselves via text, email, or letter. This would be retained on our administrative computer or in our office files and only accessible by approved employees.

 

How long do we keep your personal data

 

We would only retain your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary to complete the associated transaction as follows:

Returns: for two months following despatch of replacement goods or transmission of a cost refund.

General queries: for one month following transmission of our last response to a specific query.
